Mix together:
1/3 part Ginger powder
1/3 Clay
1/3 Himalayan Salt

   Use 1/2 cup of this mixture in a bath with hot water. Rub vigorously with a wash cloth or loufa every 10 minutes. Try to stay in for 30 minutes. Rinse off quickly in the shower after you get out.
